Program’s overview:

Goals are broad and focus on the ultimate result an organization wants to contribute to at the long term (3-5 years), while objectives are the desired results which can be achieved in the short term (1-3 years).

Objective should be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bounded (SMART). From the previous SWOT analysis, the following are NECCCRW's strategic goals and objectives.

Program purpose:

Contribute to empower the local community ability to advocate its issues with the inspiration of achieving justice, community empowerment and development.

1.       Intensify networking and coordination with local, regional, and international organizations to defend the rights of vulnerable Palestinians.

2.       Raise the awareness of youth and vulnerable groups toward the civil society concepts and issues.

3.       Influence decision and policy makers to adopt the concerns of marginalized people.
